Tour description
This trip will allow you to discover two of the nicest cities of Spain, both of them World Heritage and plenty of landmark buildings and monuments.
We left Madrid at 9:15, from Calle Ferraz, 22. First we will visit Cuenca. This city has an amazing Panoramic View as is sorrounded by the sickles of two rivers full of forest and cliffs. We follow the Sickle of Huecar River and it take us to the highest part of the City, the Castle quarter. From here we will begin a walking tour to the landmark buildings and monuments of Cuenca Historic Centre until St. Paul's Bridge and the famous Hanging Hauses.
After the visit, you will have free time to have a coffee, discover other corners of the city or just shopping. We also offer you as an option a visit to the Cathedral of Cuenca. Then, we will have lunch (those who did not book lunch will find many options in the Plaza Mayor and around).
The trip goes on to Toledo City. This City was well know as the 3 cultures city, since Muslims, Jews and Christians lived and worked together in peace for centuries. First we will enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Then, we will make a guided walking tour, starting in the Jewish quarter and visiting the main landmarks of the city. We will also have here some free time in Toledo.
At 19:30 we start the trip back to Madrid, finishing a Tour that has taken us to two of the most beautiful and emblematic cities of Spain.
